No. Everything runs in writing by email: the intake form, a written plan, drafts and revisions. That keeps every decision on record and lets you answer when it suits you. If you’d like to talk it through once, you can add one 20-minute video call for $75 after you’ve read the written plan. We keep only a few call slots each month.
We can’t guarantee it, and nobody honest can. Results depend on your offer, your audience, your budget and the market. We build the funnel and hand you clear rules for when to keep, change or stop an ad.

The build itself takes about a week. The 10 business days include two rounds of revisions. The clock starts when we have your notes and account access.
Packages: cancel before we start building and we refund your deposit in full. Once you’ve seen the first draft, we keep the deposit and don’t charge the second half, and you keep everything we’ve made so far.
Funnel Teardown: cancel before we start the review and we refund you in full. If we miss the 5-business-day delivery, you can ask for a full refund. After we deliver it, the Teardown isn’t refundable.
The 14-day refund on our books doesn’t apply to services. Ad money you’ve paid to Meta is between you and Meta, and we can’t refund it.
Only the accounts your package needs, for example a team-member invite to Kit, partner access to your Meta ad account, or an editor invite to your website builder. You can remove both the day we hand off. We don’t ask for passwords, we don’t export or keep your subscriber list, and we don’t share your files or numbers with anyone. The one exception is the pilot, where you agree upfront that we can publish your results.
Yes. Your logo files, guide, website, card design, emails and ads are yours once the final invoice is paid. You need to own, or have the rights to, any logos, photos and claims you send us.
We take one package client a month. Apply and we’ll tell you the next open start date in our reply. Teardowns run alongside that.
