Refund Policy

The Short Version

If a Complete Edition isn't useful to you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you'll get your money back in full. You don't have to give a reason.

How to Ask for a Refund

Email contact@thebrandbet.com, or reply to the purchase email you got when you bought. Send it from the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. A line like "Please refund my order" is enough.

How Long You Have

You have 14 days from the date of purchase.

If the file won't open, the download link doesn't work, or something else went wrong on our end, write to us at any time. We'll fix it or send a new copy. If we can't fix it, we'll refund you, even after 14 days.

How You Get Your Money Back

Our checkout runs on Kit, which takes payments through Stripe. We refund the full amount to the card or payment method you paid with. We send refunds within 3 business days of your email. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Our checkout provider emails you a confirmation when the refund goes through.

What Happens to Your Copy

After a refund, we take you off the buyer list. Please delete the PDF you downloaded.

Bundles and Add-Ons

A bundle, or an edition you added at checkout, counts as one order. Our checkout can only refund a whole order, so a refund covers everything you paid in that order. If you'd like to keep one edition, you can buy it again on its own.

Repeat Refunds

If someone buys and refunds again and again, we may stop selling to them.

Your Rights Where You Live

If you live in the EU or UK, the law may give you a right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. Our refund window is the same 14 days and needs no reason, so you can use it the same way. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
